Arkansas Medicaid Portal Crash & Downtime Reporting Process
The MPART (Medicaid Portal Access Reporting Tool) has been created to help identify and document the Arkansas Medicaid Provider Portal issues. This will allow ambulance billing specialists, administrators, and designated agency staff to quickly report portal crashes, system lockups, downtime during claim entry, error messages, failure points, and time of occurrence and impact.

Distribute this reporting link and QR code to all billing staff and supervisors

Post the QR code at billing workstations for instant access when a system crash occurs

Encourage staff to submit a report each time the Arkansas Medicaid Portal fails, freezes, or becomes inaccessible
