2026 Vendor Registration is Now Open! 

Dear Vendor,

The Arkansas Ambulance Association and Louisiana Ambulance Alliance have joined together to provide an open forum for the exchange and distribution of ideas and information focused on advancing and improving the emergency medical services industry.

The 2026 Southern Regional EMS Expo will be held February 23–25, 2026, at Oaklawn Casino & Resort in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Because your organization has been a key contributor to the success of our member agencies, we would like to invite you to participate in this year’s Expo as an exhibitor and/or sponsor. This event offers an excellent opportunity to build relationships with EMS leaders and professionals from across the southern region while showcasing your products and services.

VENDOR/SPONSORSHIP PACKET 

To allow for maximum visibility and engagement, we are offering four distinct participation opportunities.

Title Sponsorship Package - $5,000

• Approximately 30’ of premier exhibit space, capable of accommodating large exhibit displays
• Exclusive naming rights as the 2026 Southern Regional EMS Expo Title Sponsor in all print, online, and on-site marketing materials
• Access to VIP networking events and/or special sponsor events

Silver Sponsorship Package - $1,100

• One standard exhibitor booth

• Two (2) complimentary conference registrations with full access to all conference events

Social Hour Sponsorship Package - $4,000
